ACTIVITIY REPORT FOR THE PERIOD 28-6-2020 TO 31-3-2021

SREE KUBERA VAIBHAVA LAKSHMI CHARITABLE TRUST was created to promote spiritual, educational, medical and relief services. It was registered on 28-06-2020 based at Tirupati. The trust conducted the following activities during 28-6-2020 to 31-3-2021.

  1. Annadanam ( frèe meal to pilgrims) programme.
  2. Spiritual classes to youth.
  3. Evening class to poor students.
  4. Health awareness camps.
  5. School fee to poor students.
  6. Adult literacy programme.
  7. Training to women on soft toys making.
  8. Awareness on Govt schemes.

Annadanam programme:

The free meals provided to poor childrens, orphans, and beggars, struggles of those living on the streets. And we are also providing annadanam in important hindu festivals like Ganesh chaturthi, Hanuman jayanti, Sri ramanavami etc..

Spiritual classes to all:

The environment protection is the major concern of safe guard the earth. The were educated spiritually on this aspect. The importance of the sacred plants was explains as per the citations in Adipurana. The subject of tree plantation as pet the adipurana was explained to youth to involve in plantation of sacred trees in the villages.

Evening classes to poor students:

The evening classes were conducted to poor students to teach moral and beliefs to pay the easy path in the life. The spiritual stories were used to track towards morality and hopes in life. The creation of universe was explains in the light of spirituality and science to easy understanding.

Health awareness camps:

The health awareness camps were conducted to children on personal, domestic and environment hygiene, pure drinking water and common diseases and diseases spread. Ihe photos and flip charts were used to create awareness on health aspects. The volunteers were engaged in awareness building activities.

School fee to poor students:

He poor students were identifies in the Private schools to provide fee for education. The students were provided school fee in the meetings conducted on the National impotant days. Ten students were provided the financial assistance in two schools.

Adult literacy programmes:

The adult literacy camps were conducted for women and youth. The literacy includes reading, writting and numeracy. the awarness programme are conducting on health, education of children, women legal rights, personality development, environment and social issues like dowry, domestic violence, child labor and child marriages.

Training to women on soft toys making:

The women were provided one month training in soft toys making for income generation at household. The training was given in decorative, child, show case toys making. The training was given to 20 women of poor families

Awareness on Govt schemes:

The women has lack of awareness on state and central government schemes for health, education, Pensions, child development and education schemes, loan schemes for economic development. Hence the trust conducted camps to educate women on Govt schemes.

AUDITOR'S REPORT

We have audited the attached balance sheet of the SREE KUBERA VAIBHAVA LAKSHMI CHARITABLE TRUST, Rgds No: B.K.IV.81/2020, D.NO:1-4-53-126, Balaji Colony, Tirupati Urban(M), Chittoor(Dist), Andhra Prdaesh.,
For the period of 28-06 2020 to 31-03-2021 and annexed the date.

  1. WE REPORT THAT:

a)We have obtained all the information and explanation, which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit.

b)In our opinion proper books of accounts as required by law, have been kept by the Trust as for as appears from our examination of those books.

c)The Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure account dealt in by this report are in agreement with the books of account.

d)In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to us, the said accounts together with the notes on accounts given a true and fair view.

  • In case of Balance sheet of the state of affairs of the Trust as at 31 March, 2021 and
  • In the case of the Income and Expenditure Accounts, the excess of expenditure over income of the Trust for the year ended on that date
