ANNUAL ACTIVITIY REPORT FOR YEAR 2021-22

SREE KUBERA VAIBHAVA LAKSHMI CHARITABLE TRUST is promoting spiritual, educational, relief, youth empowerment and free meal programs in Tirupati Rural and Chandragiri mandals of Tirupati district. The activities were undertaken with trustee's contribution and local donations. The trust conducted the following activities during 2021-22

BRAMHOSTHAVAM CELEBRATION.

The Bramhochavam was celebrated in the abode of the Lakshmi temple temple. The celebration was organized for ten days with different worships and veda mantra recitation and Yagna and Vagas. The free meal was provided to the devotees. The harikatha and Kolatam folk arts were performed during the Bramhochava days.

SPIRITUAL DISCOURSES.

The spiritual discourses were organized by inviting the philosophers, psychologists, Sadus and Hindu Gurus, Munnas of Islam, pastors and bishops of Christianity. The themes of discourses were briefed by the chairpersons of the discourse meetings. The main subject focus on righteous, social evils, violence in the society, peacemaking and harmony were selected for discussion. The lectures were invited from all religious leaders to establish peace and non-violence in the world.

ANNADHANAM ON FESTIVAL

The free meal was provided to the poor in rural area on festival days. The free meal was provided on Ganesh, Maha Siva Rathri, Ugadi and Durgastami festivals. The volunteers associated with the programme to serve food and cooking meal and supply the requisites. The rice was provided by the donors of the programme.

EDUCATION SUPPORT TO POOR STUDENTS.

The poor students were provided education support such as school fee, uniforms, note books, pens and pencils, carry bags and foot wears. The support was provided to students belong to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other backward castes living in poverty. The school teachers assisted to select the deserving students for the support. The meetings were conducted in the schools to distribute the material. The headmaster and teachers addressed the parents to educate for hight studies.

PRIZES TO MERITORIOUS STUDENTS

The meritorious students in final examination in schools and colleges were facilitated by prizes. The list of the meritorious students was provided by the concerned school head masters and college principals. The prizes were distributed in the meetings conducted in the schools and colleges.

BLOOD DONATION CAMPS.

The blood donation camps were organized for students and youth to donate the blood to blood bank. The doctors participated to get blood from the students and youth. The participants were educated on the need of the blood donation and clarificafied about myths of blood donation.

ETECAMPS

The eye camps were organized in villages and urban slums for eye checkup and surgery or treatment. The eye camp was advertised through pamphlets, Tom-Tom and intimation to village secretaries and volunteers. The camp was conducted with eye specialist. The vision test confuted for diagnosis. The eye risk cases were suggested treatment and medication and surgery cases were identified and recommended to the Government hospitals.

SCHOOL HEALTH CAMPS

The health camps were conducted in Government schools to educate the students and health checkup such as vision, blood pressure, and blood sugar, stomach pain, urine problems, respiratory risks and ulcer and allergy. The test were conducted and prescription of medicines was given to health risks. The serious cases were suggested for treatment.

COMPUTER TRAINING.

The computer basic skill training for 3 months were provided to tribal students completed degree courses through local computer institution by paying the fee to the students. The computer skills are necessary in job seeking. The tribal students lack facilities and money to get the skills. Hence the trust provided this opportunity to tribal students.

HAND EMBROIDARV TRAINING

The hand embroidery training was conducted for 2 month for the adolescent girls for self-employment or income generation. The training was given on the tools and equipment's required and operating skills, design drawing on garments and knitting skill and matching colors.

RICE DISTRIBUTION TO MIGRANT LABOUR

The rice was provided to the migrant labour living at low land areas affected by heavy rains and floods in the city and rural area. The labour lost work during rain and floods. Hence the trust distributed the rice to the families of the building workers through volunteers.

FRUITS DISTRIBUTION IN TRIBAL COLONIES.

The malnutrition is prevailing at high rate in tribal children and women. It is due to neglect of fruits and vegetable with daily meal. Hence the vegetable were supplied to tribal families in order to reduce the malnutrition. The women were educated on the nutrition gardens at backyards.

AWARENESS ON GOVERNMENT SCHEMES

The awareness was created to rural poor women on Government schemes to avail them. The awareness created on pension scheme for aged, disable and widows, education schemes of fees reimbursement, maternity benefit schemes, house site and housing scheme, ICDS services, free legal aid scheme etc.

CLEAN AND GREEN PROGRAMME

The clean and green drive programmes was organized in the villages. The programme was selected for the villages where the vegetation, waste water stagnation, hectic disposals of solid waste. The trust formed a team of workers to undertake the drive program. The plantation is done after cleanliness.

TRAINING ON DOMESTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT.

The trainings were conducted to rural women on solid waste management. The training was imparted on segregation, disposal methods and management .. The iron, glass, plastic, degradable waste management was demonstrated and the harmful! effects were informed to the women.

AUDITOR'S REPORT

We have audited the attached balance sheet of the SREE KUBERA VAIBHAVA LAKSHMI CHARITABLE TRUST, Rgds No: B.K.IV.81/2020, D.No:1-4-S3-126 , Balaji Colony, Tirupati Urban(M), Chittoor(Dist), Andhra Prdaesh., For the period of 01-04-2021 to 31-03-2022 and annexed Income & Expenditures Account of the Trust ending as on the date.

  1. WE REPORT THAT:

a)We have obtained all the information and explanation, which to the best of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of our audit.

b) In our opinion proper books of accounts as required by law, have been kept by the Trust as for as appears from our examination of those books.

c)The Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure account dealt in by this report are in agreement with the books of account.

d)In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to us, the said accounts together with the notes on accounts given a true and fair view.

  • In case of Balance sheet of the state of affairs of the Trust as at 31st, March, 2022 and
  • In the case of the Income and Expenditure Accounts, the excess of income over expenditure of the Trust for the year ended on that date.
